Silva Employment Network has several options available in order to meet the needs of our Clients. 

Temporary Employment

Whether you an immediate short term placement or an extended temporary position to fill, Silva Employment Network can assist you in filling the position immediately.  Temporary employees are great to hire for short- or long-term illness, maternity leave, vacation leave, and/or project based work.  The Client determines the length of the assignment based on their need. 

Temporary to Hire

Silva Employment Network offers a Temp-to-Hire option in which the Client can observe and experience the employee's work habits in order to determine if the employee is compatible in the position seeking to be filled.  This option allows the Client to terminate the assignment at any time with no obligation to the employee as well as allows the Client to hire the employee after the minimal hours or a conversion fee is met.  The Temp-to-Hire option can help minimize turnover rates as well as reduce overall expenses.

Direct Hire

The staff excels in locating and identifying potential candidates who meet the criteria as outlined by the Client.  Silva Employment Network will handle all recruiting and advertising needs based on the Client's needs. This option will reduce the high cost and time associated with recruiting and interviewing applicants. 

"Payrolling" Option

"Payrolling" , as defined in the staffing industry, allows your organization to locate an employee on your own and Silva Employment Network will handle all issues in relation to the employee.  These issues include, but are not limited to, issuance of weekly payroll checks, unemployment/workers compensation claims, and federal/state tax forms and liabilities.

Silva Employment Network verifies previous employment as well as completes criminal background checks on each applicants.  Silva Employment Network will present job offers contingent upon drug test being satisfactory completed if requested/required.  Silva Employment Network has the capability of sending employees for DISA drug screens if requested/required.
